How does the return or exchange work?
To initiate a return, you can contact us at retoure@maybemo.de . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being made will not be accepted.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 days. However, for large order quantities, there may be delays of 2 to 3 days. We do our best to ensure that you receive your package promptly. Information on different delivery times can be found in the product description
