How does the return or exchange work?

To initiate a return, you can contact us at retoure@maybemo.de . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being made will not be accepted.

How do I find the right size?

There is a size chart (in cm) on each product page as well as a further overview in the product's image gallery. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at maybemo@outlook.de.

How do I care for my clothes properly?

Our fabrics have been carefully selected and tested to ensure they are machine washable. However, please follow the care instructions on the labels of each garment. If in doubt, hand wash is recommended. If you use the washing machine, please wash the clothes with similar colors.

When are returns processed?

Returns are not processed daily. We process returns three times a week to ensure that each return is processed carefully and efficiently.

What to do if there are production errors?

We apologize for any errors in the production of our items and the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service at support@maybemo.de to inform us of the problem. Please also include photos of the defects in your message. Our team will take care of it immediately so that you receive a new product as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
