If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request being made will not be accepted.

There is a size chart (in cm) on each product page as well as a further overview in the product's image gallery. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@maybemo.de .

Our fabrics have been carefully selected and tested to ensure they are machine washable. However, please follow the care instructions. If in doubt, hand washing is recommended. If you use the washing machine, please wash the clothes with similar colors.

Returns are not processed daily. We process returns three times a week to ensure that each return is processed carefully and efficiently.

We apologize for any errors in the production of our items and the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact our customer service at support@maybemo.de to inform us of the problem. Please also include photos of the defects in your message. Our team will take care of it immediately so that you receive a new product as soon as possible. The delivery time is usually 2 to 5 days. However, for large order quantities, there may be delays of 2 to 3 days. We do our best to ensure that you receive your package promptly. Information on different delivery times can be found in the product description
